The design and manufacturing of metallurgical cranes (hereinafter referred to as cranes) shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB3811, this standard, and product drawings.
1. Environmental conditions
The power supply of the crane is generally three-phase AC, with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V. The upper limit of voltage fluctuation allowed on electric motors and appliances is+10% of the rated voltage, and the lower limit (during peak current) is -15% of the rated voltage. The internal voltage loss of cranes should not exceed 5% for de ingot cranes, clamp cranes, integral mold cranes with guide frames, and slab flipping cranes. Other types of cranes in this standard should not exceed 4%. If there are special requirements for the power supply, they can be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties according to the user's needs.
The altitude of the installation and use location of the crane shall not exceed 2000m (when it exceeds 1000m, the motor capacity shall be checked according to the relevant provisions of GB755)
1.3 Working environment temperature and humidity of the crane
a. The working environment temperature of a crane is generally -10~+50 ℃.
b. At a temperature of+40 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%.
1.4 The site where the crane is used shall not contain flammable, explosive, or corrosive gases and shall comply with relevant standards and documents
